Shipping and Delivery

• Domestic Orders: Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery. During peak periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may extend by up to one additional week.
• International Orders: Allow 21–30 days for international delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking information is provided for most orders and sent via email once your package ships.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period begins the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods.
• Refund of Original Shipping: We will reimburse all payments received, including the original delivery costs (up to our standard shipping rate), within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw.
• Return Shipping Costs: You (the buyer) are responsible for paying all costs to return the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
• Deductions for Damaged Goods: We may deduct compensation from your refund if the goods show signs of damage or diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
• Exclusions: This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, perishable items, customized/personalized products, or digital content once downloaded.

Returns & Refunds (Non-EU/EEA & Exceptions)

• All Sales Final: For customers outside the EU/EEA, and for all exempted items (customized, perishable, unsealed hygiene products, etc.), all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except where required by applicable local law.

Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

We process personal data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract):

• Data Collected: Name, shipping/billing addresses, email address, phone number (if provided), and payment confirmation details.
• Purpose: Order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping coordination, and customer service.
• Retention: We retain your data for 6 years following your purchase to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
• International Transfers: For international deliveries, your address details are transferred to carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, national postal services) outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
